وجه الادعاء العام الاتحادي الألماني، اليوم (الجمعة)، اتهامات إلى سبعة أشخاص في برلين للاشتباه في انتمائهم إلى حركة حماس والتخطيط لتنفيذ أعمال عنف خطيرة تهدد أمن الدولة، في قضية كشفت عن شبكة لتوفير الأسلحة وتخزينها تمهيداً لاستخدامها في هجمات محتملة داخل ألمانيا وأوروبا.
وقال الادعاء إن المشتبه بهم حصلوا، بناءً على أوامر من قيادات بارزة في حماس، على بندقية آلية و13 مسدساً وأكثر من 700 طلقة ذخيرة، استعداداً لتنفيذ هجوم كان مخططاً له في أكتوبر 2025 ضد ممثلين إسرائيليين أو يهود أو أشخاص مؤيدين لإسرائيل، بحسب وكالة «رويترز».
وتأتي القضية في إطار تحقيقات ألمانية وأوروبية أوسع تستهدف ما تصفه السلطات بمحاولات لإنشاء بنية لوجستية سرية لنقل الأسلحة وتخزينها في دول أوروبية، بما يسمح باستخدامها لاحقاً في هجمات محتملة ضد منشآت إسرائيلية ويهودية.
ولا تقتصر التحريات على ألمانيا، إذ كشفت التحقيقات عن امتداد الشبكة إلى دول أوروبية أخرى. ففي مارس الماضي، أوقفت السلطات الألمانية رجلاً بعد ترحيله من قبرص، للاشتباه في تورطه في تهريب أسلحة مرتبطة بحماس، ضمن تحقيق يستهدف شبكة لتوفير أسلحة لهجمات محتملة في ألمانيا وأوروبا.
وسبق أن أعلنت ألمانيا في أكتوبر 2025 توقيف ثلاثة أشخاص في برلين للاشتباه في عملهم لصالح حماس وشراء أسلحة لتنفيذ هجمات ضد أهداف إسرائيلية أو يهودية، فيما أوقفت في نوفمبر مشتبهاً به آخر قالت إنه حصل على بندقية آلية وثمانية مسدسات وأكثر من 600 طلقة ذخيرة.
وفي مارس، قضت محكمة في برلين بسجن أربعة رجال لفترات تراوحت بين أربع سنوات ونصف وست سنوات، بعد إدانتهم بالانتماء إلى خلية مرتبطة بحماس وتخزين أسلحة لاستخدامها المحتمل في هجمات بأوروبا. وقالت المحكمة إن الخلية عملت على إنشاء مخازن أسلحة في دول عدة، بينها بولندا وبلغاريا والدنمارك، فيما عثرت السلطات النمساوية على مخبأ أسلحة قالت إنه مرتبط بالبنية نفسها.
وتأتي هذه التطورات وسط تشديد أمني أوروبي منذ هجوم حماس على إسرائيل في 7 أكتوبر 2023، مع تحول تركيز الأجهزة الأمنية من ملاحقة منفذي الهجمات المحتملين إلى تفكيك شبكات الإمداد والنقل والتخزين المرتبطة بها. وتبقى الاتهامات الجديدة بحق الأشخاص السبعة خاضعة للمسار القضائي، على أن تحدد المحاكم الألمانية مسؤوليتهم الجنائية استناداً إلى الأدلة.
The German Federal Public Prosecutor's Office today (Friday) charged seven individuals in Berlin on suspicion of belonging to Hamas and planning to carry out serious violent acts that threaten state security, in a case that revealed a network for providing and storing weapons in preparation for potential use in attacks within Germany and Europe.
The prosecution stated that the suspects obtained, based on orders from prominent Hamas leaders, an automatic rifle, 13 handguns, and more than 700 rounds of ammunition, in preparation for an attack planned for October 2025 against Israeli or Jewish representatives or pro-Israel individuals, according to Reuters.
This case is part of broader German and European investigations targeting what authorities describe as attempts to establish a secret logistical infrastructure for transporting and storing weapons in European countries, allowing for their later use in potential attacks against Israeli and Jewish facilities.
The investigations are not limited to Germany, as they have revealed the network's extension to other European countries. In March, German authorities arrested a man after he was deported from Cyprus on suspicion of involvement in arms smuggling linked to Hamas, as part of an investigation targeting a network for providing weapons for potential attacks in Germany and Europe.
Germany had previously announced in October 2025 the arrest of three individuals in Berlin on suspicion of working for Hamas and purchasing weapons to carry out attacks against Israeli or Jewish targets, while in November another suspect was arrested, whom they said had obtained an automatic rifle, eight handguns, and more than 600 rounds of ammunition.
In March, a court in Berlin sentenced four men to prison terms ranging from four and a half to six years after they were convicted of belonging to a cell linked to Hamas and storing weapons for potential use in attacks in Europe. The court stated that the cell worked to establish weapons caches in several countries, including Poland, Bulgaria, and Denmark, while Austrian authorities found a weapons cache they said was linked to the same infrastructure.
These developments come amid heightened European security since Hamas's attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, with security agencies shifting their focus from pursuing potential attackers to dismantling supply, transport, and storage networks associated with them. The new charges against the seven individuals remain subject to judicial proceedings, with German courts set to determine their criminal responsibility based on the evidence.
