DIG, a leading real estate development company, has announced the launch of the first phase of its flagship commercial project, “Track RAD,” located in the R3 district of the New Administrative Capital.
Eng. Hussein Salah, Chairman of DIG, emphasized that the company adopts ambitious plans to deliver projects that enhance investment appeal in the New Capital, noting that the project represents a qualitative addition to commercial and entertainment services in the area.
He added that the company targets total sales of EGP 5 billion, with the first phase alone projected to generate EGP 2 billion in sales.
For his part, Eng. Hany Helmy, Vice Chairman of DIG, stated that the project has been fully constructed and is ready for immediate operation.
He highlighted that the group is putting the finishing touches to elevate the customer experience, alongside securing contracts with major brands to ensure top-tier services.
He also noted that engineering consultancy for the project has been awarded to AUE. Spanning an area of 7,500 square meters, the project comprises two basement levels, a ground floor, and two commercial floors, with the company currently studying the addition of three more floors.
Meanwhile, Mr. Mohamed Fawzy, CEO of DIG, explained that the selection of the R3 district stems from its status as a densely populated area and the first zone in the capital to be fully operational and capable of providing real services early on. He added that the operational strategy focuses on dominating vital areas within the Downtown district and the New Capital.
Mr. Fawzy further pointed out that the project enjoys a strategic location near international schools, a central telecommunications hub, and main squares, ensuring high foot traffic and customer turnout. The project features an integrated hypermarket with comprehensive logistics and entertainment services, direct street-facing entrances, and planned drive-thru services.
Concluding with flexible payment systems, the company offers long-term plans extending up to 12 years coupled with immediate delivery. This structure mitigates burdens and risks for investors, enabling operators to provide early services where return on investment (ROI) begins to materialize even before the full price of the unit is settled. He also revealed plans for fractional investment in major project components—such as the hypermarket and entertainment facilities—offering clients a unique investment experience built on a ready, fully standing asset. The project is scheduled to be fully operational within a timeframe of one to one and a half years.
