بالبلدي: لا للانفلات الإعلامي ولا لغياب الشفافية

نعم، وألف نعم، لكل قرار تأديبي ينشد في المقام الأول المصلحة العامة، ومن أهمها المصلحة الوطنية. ونعم، وألف نعم، لكل قرار يضع حداً لأي انفلات إعلامي، سواء عبر البرامج الرياضية أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، متى ما تجاوز حدود الرأي والنقد إلى إثارة التعصب الرياضي أو النعرات القبلية أو العنصرية، أو التسبب في احتقان داخل الوسط الرياضي.

- وفي المقابل، لا، وألف لا، لأي سلوك يخرج عن الروح الرياضية، أو يتجاوز الأنظمة واللوائح من خلال عبارات أو ممارسات تستوجب المساءلة وفقاً لنصوص واضحة ومحددة. فإذا كانت هناك أنظمة وقرارات وتعليمات تحذر من مثل هذه السلوكيات، فمن الواجب تطبيقها على الجميع دون تهاون أو انتقائية.

- ولا وألف لا كذلك لأي خطاب متعصب أو عنصري يتمادى في نشر أفكار هدامة، أو يتحدى بصورة متكررة التوجيهات والأنظمة والقرارات التي تهدف إلى حماية المجتمع الرياضي من التعصب والإساءة وإثارة النعرات.

- لست من أولئك الذين يستغلون الظروف للظهور أمام المسؤول أو الرأي العام بمظهر المثالي الذي يقدم محاضرات في النبل والأخلاق، بينما تتحول القضية إلى وسيلة لتحقيق حضور إعلامي أو تسجيل مواقف شخصية بالتسلق على اكتاف الآخرين.

- كما أنني لست مع من يستغلون أي أزمة أو خلاف لتصفية الحسابات أو إعادة إنتاج مواقف سابقة، وإنما أنظر إلى ما يحدث في وسطنا الرياضي باعتباري متابعاً ومراقباً، وأرى أن كثيراً من الأزمات لا تأتي من فراغ، وإنما تكون في أحيان كثيرة نتيجة تراكمات تم السكوت عنها، أو ممارسات لم تجد في وقتها المعالجة المناسبة.

- وعندما يتم التعامل مع التجاوزات الصغيرة وكأنها أمور عادية، ويُترك المجال مفتوحاً أمام تكرارها وتضخيمها، فإنها قد تتحول مع الوقت إلى مشكلة أكبر، وعندها يصبح التدخل ضرورياً، لكنه يأتي لمعالجة أزمة تفاقمت، بدلاً من منعها منذ بدايتها.

- ولعل من الأمثلة التي تستحق التوقف عندها ما تعرضت له شخصيات رياضية مرتبطة بأندية جماهيرية من حملات إعلامية تجاوزت حدود النقد الهادف والبناء، ووصل بعضها إلى تناول أشخاص وأسرهم بصورة لا تليق بالوسط الرياضي.. والسؤال هنا: هل كانت الإجراءات المتخذة في حينها كافية ورادعة لمنع تكرار مثل هذه الممارسات؟ للأسف، قد يرى البعض أن الإجابة كانت «لا»، وأن بعض التجاوزات استمرت لفترة طويلة دون معالجة حاسمة، رغم وجود أصوات صحفية وإعلامية نبهت وحذرت من خطورة استمرارها.

- تعالوا معي إلى بداية فترة التسجيل الصيفية؛ ألم نشهد ونقرأ عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي العديد من الطروحات التي تجاوزت حدود النقد الرياضي؟ ألم تتحول بعض المساحات والمنصات إلى ساحات للتراشق اللفظي، تضمن بعضها إساءات أو تجاوزات بحق أسماء لها مكانتها الاجتماعية والرياضية؟ ألم نشاهد في بعض البرامج الرياضية والمنصات الفردية آراءً بنيت على معلومات غير دقيقة، أو إحصائيات وأرقام لم يتم التحقق منها؟ ألم تساهم بعض الاجتهادات الصحفية في تداول أخبار وشائعات تفتقد إلى المصداقية، قبل التأكد من مصادرها؟

- إذا أردنا التعامل مع المشكلة بجدية، فعلينا ألا نكتفي بمعالجة نتائجها، بل نبحث عن مسبباتها ومصادرها، ومن ثم نبدأ العلاج من جذوره، وهنا أرى أن غياب المعلومة والشفافية يمثل أحد أهم أسباب انتشار الشائعات وتعدد الروايات وما ينتج من تجاوزات.

- والواقع الذي ينبغي الاعتراف به أن الأندية والجهات المرتبطة بها مطالبة بأن تكون أكثر وضوحاً في التعامل مع جمهورها ووسائل الإعلام، وأن تعمل على نشر المعلومات المهمة في الوقت المناسب، وإصدار البيانات التوضيحية متى ما دعت الحاجة، والتفاعل مع التساؤلات المشروعة التي تطرح عبر وسائل الإعلام ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، كل ذلك وفق الأطر النظامية المعتمدة.

- فكلما حضرت المعلومة الموثوقة في وقتها، تراجعت مساحة الشائعة، وكلما غابت المعلومة تركنا المجال مفتوحاً للتأويل والاجتهاد وتضارب الروايات وبالتالي تزيد رقعة الأخطاء والتجاوزات.

- وبهذه الطريقة يمكن الحد من الشائعات، وعدم ترك الساحة لمن يحولون إثارة الجدل والبلبلة إلى وسيلة لتحقيق الشهرة أو زيادة الحضور الإعلامي.

- وفي الوقت نفسه، علينا أن ندرك أن حرية الرأي والنقد الرياضي قيمة مهمة، لكنها لا تعني غياب المسؤولية، ولا تمنح أحداً الحق في تجاوز الأنظمة أو الإساءة إلى الآخرين أو إثارة التعصب والعنصرية.

- هنا تحديداً تظهر هيبة النظام؛ عندما تقترن الشفافية بالمساءلة، وتطبق الإجراءات التأديبية على كل مخالف، دون النظر إلى اسمه أو مكانته أو النادي الذي ينتمي إليه.

- وعندما يشعر الجميع بأن النظام يطبق بعدالة ووضوح، وأن المعلومة متاحة في وقتها، وأن التجاوز تتم معالجته قبل أن يتحول إلى أزمة، فإننا سنصل إلى نتائج إيجابية تسهم بصورة حقيقية في الحد من التعصب الرياضي، ومحاصرة الشائعات والأخبار غير الموثوقة، ومنع إثارة النعرات والعنصرية.

- المطلوب إذن ليس قرارات صارمة تأتي بعد أن تتراكم المشكلات، وإنما منظومة متكاملة تبدأ بالشفافية، وتمر بالمسؤولية الإعلامية، وتنتهي بتطبيق النظام على الجميع.

- همسة أخيرة:

لا للانفلات الإعلامي، ولا لغياب الشفافية.. نعم لحرية الرأي المسؤولة، ونعم لتطبيق النظام على الجميع.

And yes, and a thousand yes, to every decision that puts an end to any media excess, whether through sports programs or social media, whenever it exceeds the limits of opinion and criticism to incite sports fanaticism or tribal or racial tensions, or to cause unrest within the sports community.

- Conversely, no, and a thousand no, to any behavior that goes against the spirit of sportsmanship, or exceeds the rules and regulations through phrases or practices that warrant accountability according to clear and specific texts. If there are systems, decisions, and instructions that warn against such behaviors, it is imperative to apply them to everyone without leniency or selectivity.

- And no, and a thousand no, to any fanatic or racist discourse that persists in spreading destructive ideas, or repeatedly challenges the directives, systems, and decisions aimed at protecting the sports community from fanaticism, abuse, and incitement.

- I am not one of those who exploit circumstances to appear before the responsible parties or public opinion as an ideal figure giving lectures on nobility and ethics, while the issue turns into a means to achieve media presence or to record personal stances by climbing on the shoulders of others.

- I also do not support those who exploit any crisis or disagreement to settle scores or to reproduce previous stances, but I view what is happening in our sports community as a follower and observer, and I see that many crises do not arise from nothing, but are often the result of accumulated issues that have been ignored, or practices that did not receive appropriate treatment at the time.

- When minor transgressions are treated as if they are ordinary matters, and the space is left open for their repetition and exaggeration, they can eventually turn into a bigger problem, and at that point, intervention becomes necessary, but it comes to address a crisis that has escalated, rather than preventing it from the outset.

- Perhaps one of the examples worth noting is what some sports figures associated with popular clubs have faced from media campaigns that exceeded the bounds of constructive criticism, with some even targeting individuals and their families in a manner unbefitting of the sports community. The question here is: Were the measures taken at the time sufficient and deterrent to prevent the recurrence of such practices? Unfortunately, some may see the answer as "no," and that some transgressions continued for a long time without decisive action, despite the presence of journalistic and media voices that warned of the dangers of their continuation.

- Let us go back to the beginning of the summer registration period; did we not witness and read through social media many discussions that exceeded the limits of sports criticism? Did some spaces and platforms not turn into arenas for verbal exchanges, some of which included insults or transgressions against names that hold social and sports significance? Did we not see in some sports programs and individual platforms opinions based on inaccurate information, or statistics and figures that were not verified? Did some journalistic efforts not contribute to the circulation of news and rumors lacking credibility, before verifying their sources?

- If we want to address the problem seriously, we must not only deal with its results, but also seek its causes and sources, and then begin treatment from its roots. Here, I see that the absence of information and transparency represents one of the most important reasons for the spread of rumors and the multiplicity of narratives, leading to transgressions.

- The reality that must be acknowledged is that clubs and the entities associated with them are required to be more transparent in dealing with their audience and the media, to work on disseminating important information in a timely manner, to issue clarifying statements whenever necessary, and to engage with legitimate questions raised through media and social media, all within the approved regulatory frameworks.

- The more reliable information is available in a timely manner, the less space there is for rumors, and the more information is absent, the more we leave the door open for interpretation, speculation, and conflicting narratives, thus increasing the scope of errors and transgressions.

- In this way, we can limit rumors and not leave the field to those who turn stirring controversy and confusion into a means of achieving fame or increasing media presence.

- At the same time, we must recognize that freedom of opinion and sports criticism is an important value, but it does not mean the absence of responsibility, nor does it grant anyone the right to exceed regulations or insult others or incite fanaticism and racism.

- Here, precisely, the authority of the system emerges; when transparency is coupled with accountability, and disciplinary measures are applied to every violator, regardless of their name, status, or the club they belong to.

- When everyone feels that the system is applied fairly and clearly, that information is available in a timely manner, and that transgressions are addressed before they escalate into a crisis, we will achieve positive results that genuinely contribute to reducing sports fanaticism, curbing rumors and unreliable news, and preventing the incitement of tensions and racism.

- What is required, then, is not strict decisions that come after problems accumulate, but a comprehensive system that begins with transparency, passes through media responsibility, and ends with the application of the system to everyone.
